Dungeon Alchemist has a couple of options for wandering around inside the 3D models, either with a cinematic flying eye, or by depositing a virtual token on the map and then clicking on an option to look through its eyes and move about. In theory this could allow for shared tabletop virtual games but I have enough complexity to worry about.
Anyway, this is all a roundabout way of showing off two quick first person screenshots taken this weekend from the current encounter map. I’ve used one of them as a landing page background for the next game (we rescheduled today as I was driving and a couple of people were feeling unwell).
The first is a shot down the main aisle of the church interior – loosely based off some classic church layouts. The second picture is taken from the outside by the windows through which the DDC just crashed to surprise the evil forces within. Great fun. Write-up to follow…
